| Dora Irimia | I’m fully dedicated to Romanian civil society development and I have chosen the project manager profession in the NGO sector. For valuing the academic part and also the practical one, I have chosen to study for a year and a half in Sweden, along with other 29 students from 16 countries all over the world, students who also have accumulated experience in the non-profit sector. For the near future, I’m planning to stay in Romania and to apply the knowledge accumulated in the last 3 years and related with the project management in non-profit organization. |  |  |

It’s not accidentally that this was one of my first lesson as a junior trainer: It’s not about you (as a trainer), it’s about them (the participants). So, now I’m taking those steps in going forward with my competences as a trainer, and I consider that ACT and Life team(s) are one of the best enviroments to become more of yourself and give more to the others. | | |
| Zane Utinane | She is working in the intercultural youth non-formal education field since 2001. She started her experience in non-formal education field with intercultural learning, but now she works with several topics, such us team building, leadership and intercultural learning, youth participation. She run several training courses in national and international level. Now she is more focus on intercultural learning inside the country, matching this issue together with minority and majority and active youth participation. | | |
